To improve the accuracy and lifespan of your Bluelab pH meter, you need to get into the habit of cleaning and calibrating it regularly. Calibration is an easy process to perform and is the same for all Bluelab pH meters and pens.
After you clean the pH probe, you must calibrate it using calibration solutions at two reference standards - 4.0 and 7.0 pH. After calibration, you can immediately start measuring pH again. You must recalibrate whenever you clean the pH probe and whenever the meter indicates that calibration is required.
