Order

How can I place an order?

You can easily place your order through our online shop. Simply add the items you want to your shopping cart and follow the order process. Once completed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I order by phone or email?

We currently only accept orders through our online shop. This ensures faster processing and secure payment.

Can I change my order later?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll be happy to check whether a change is still possible.

I haven’t received an order confirmation – what now?

Please check your spam folder. If you haven't received a confirmation after 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.

Shipping & Delivery

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Germany and Austria. Please refer to our shipping guidelines .

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.50. This excludes bulky items. Please refer to our shipping conditions .

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time is usually 2-8 working days within Germany and Austria.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. We will keep you informed of every shipping status.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?

The courier will usually leave a notification or deliver to a parcel shop or neighbor. You can track the status of your shipment. Depending on the shipping provider, you may have the option to redirect your delivery.

Returns & Complaints

Can I return items?

Yes, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Further information can be found in our cancellation policy.

How do I return products?

Contact our customer service and submit a claim through your customer account. Please package the goods securely and completely and wait for further information from us before initiating the return.

Do I have to pay the return shipping costs myself?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that we do not provide free return labels.

My item arrived defective or damaged – what should I do?

Please document the damage with photos and send them to our customer service along with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Are your products suitable for beginners?

Yes, we carry many products that are ideal for beginners. Especially with grow kits and complete systems, we focus on ease of use and reliable results.

Do you offer organic products?

Yes, we carry a wide selection of organic fertilizers, substrates, and sustainable accessories.

How do I find the right product?

Use our search function or filter by categories such as lighting, fertilizer, ventilation, irrigation, or grow boxes. We'd be happy to help you personally.

Which brands do you carry?

We carry, among others: Advanced Nutrients, BioBizz, Secret Jardin, Homebox, GHE, Sanlight, Mars Hydro, Spider Farmer and many other renowned manufacturers.

Technical questions

How big should my grow box be?

This depends on the number of plants and the available space. For beginners, we recommend a grow box measuring 80×80 cm or 100×100 cm.

Which lamp fits my box?

LED panels with approximately 150–200 W are suitable for smaller areas, while models with 300–600 W are suitable for larger tents. Our product descriptions usually contain suitable recommendations.

How much power does a grow setup consume?

This depends on the setup (especially the lamps). A typical 300W LED system runs approximately 12–18 hours per day. For detailed information, see the respective product description.

Is my data safe with you?

Yes, we treat your data confidentially in accordance with GDPR. We only share it with third parties for order processing (e.g., shipping service providers).

What happens to my data after I place my order?

Your data will be stored solely for the purpose of processing your order and in accordance with legal requirements. You can request access or deletion at any time.
