The AC-100 cable is required to download data from handheld Apogee meters to the computer. It converts the flow of information from the meter into a signal that can be processed by the software on the computer. The ApogeeAMS software (compatible with Windows XP and higher, Mac 10.10 and higher) for communicating with the meter is stored on the included USB flash drive or can be downloaded from here .
